On the 3rd of September Danny and I kissed for the very first time! Marie and I had been out that previous night to celebrate her birthday. After that, I sat and talked with Danny for hours. We were sitting on a sofa together and none of us made a move until — I swear — I was pushed into his arms! The same happened to him, so we sort of leaped at each other and started kissing. Later on I went home and I suddenly realized that my boyfriend would be coming over! What a day this was going to be! As I was waiting for him, Danny called from his car and said he’d be at my house soon and could I give him directions? Oh boy, everything was happening real fast! My boyfriend showed up and straight away I told him about Danny. I wanted to be honest and I was. That does not mean this situation was easy. Picture this: there I was, talking to Boyfriend, telling him "sorry, but this was bound to happen sooner or later" (he was married…). He got real upset and in the meantime I knew Danny was on his way! I really didn’t want them to meet under these circumstances, so I had to as gently as I could work Boyfriend out the door. I was sweating bricks, but everything turned out nice. Boyfriend left the house, calling me names (and they weren’t Nikkie or Cornelia) and Danny arrived not long after that and never left me since. He moved in the same day. Oh man, was I in love, or what?!

We have started to work on the new Lords album "Our Little secret".

Beginning of ’97.
|
Finished working on the new Lords of Acid album. Oliver (Adams) has a new studio & it’s looking great. He and his cats moved to a loft. As you can imagine, some of the takes were hilarious! We called this album "Our Little Secret". Basically these songs are about people we know (friends and acquaintances). I wonder if they’ll know it’s about them!
In the meantime Praga (Khan) comes up with stuff for "Spank my Booty" that just kills me! As usual the whole CD has to be finished by yesterday! Yeah right! Things are going smooth and I think I want to do this tour myself this time…. I asked Praga and Oliver to come as well, but they won’t. Oh well….
